PAYMENT TERMS
Reservation fee - CZK 59,500.- (incl. VAT)
Payment schedule - basic

| 2nd installment | within 30 days from the delivery of documents showing that a petition to register the owner’s declaration in the Land Register has been filed or within 30 days from the delivery of documents showing that a petition to register a lien in the Land Register has been filed | 35 % of the price incl. the VAT |
| 3rd installment | within 30 days from the delivery of documents showing that the occupancy permit has become final and conclusive | 50 % of the price incl. the VAT |

If this option is used, the future purchase price is increased by 1.5%.
The payment schedule is specified before the execution of the letter of intent.
ING offers the possibility of a bank guarantee to be issued, equal to the amount of the 1st installment (in the event of the basic payment schedule, the 2nd installment as well) The future buyer shall pay a fee of 3% of the guaranteed amount for the bank guarantee.
