Locality and Surroundings

The ING Housing Centre prepares the construction of new premises offering 129 residential units and the reconstruction of the former brewery house into the loft apartments in the complex of former First Burgess Brewery in Prague 7 – Holešovice. We also construct a new office building with commercial premises in the ground floor. A part of this building complex is occupied by the offices of the publishing company Ringier CR, s.r.o. and an Albert supermarket. The complex is situated between the streets U Průhonu, Komunardů, Na Maninách and U Uranie.
There are numerous shopping facilities, restaurants and small businesses as well as big global companies operating in the area. The Ortenovo Square offers a large park with playground. The elementary school, kindergarten and nursery are located in U Uranie street. The medical centre is 10 minutes of walk. You will find a tram stop in Komunardů street in the vicinity of the complex.Taking a tram line number 5 guarantees the centre accessibility in a few minutes. Metro stop Holešovice (line C) is situated just two tram stops from the complex. You may also use the nearby park Stromovka. You can do your shopping in the shopping centre Černý Most or Tesco store in Letňany that are both within a range of few minutes. The municipal authority for Prague 7 is situated nearby metro station Vltavská (line C) very close to the complex as well.
Holešovice Brewery also known as „First Prague Burgess Brewery“ was established in 1895 and its buildings belong to the exceptional architecture style of the city of Prague. The brewery modernisation and construction of the port facilities, railway station and slaughter house at the brake of 19th and 20th centuries brought new job opportunities and vivid development of the whole area.
