Realisation
The construction of residential premises and reconstruction of former industrial buildings to loft apartments started by the end of 2006. The construction and reconstruction work and acquiring the occupancy permit is due for completion on August 2008 (buildings Plaza, Tower, Rezidence) and on December 2008 (building Lofts). The handover and use of residential units is scheduled from November 2008 (buildings Plaza, Tower, Rezidence) and from March 2009 (building Lofts).
