Houses with a living floor space of 219 m² up to 700 m²
are architectonically designed with two upper floors and a third, recessed one, a flat roof and terraces. A living room and a kitchen is situated on the ground floor with a direct entrance to the garden. Other floors of the houses offer three to five bedrooms with storage spaces and three to four bathrooms. Some of the houses are also equipped with a technical underground floor, which can be used both as a home fitness center or a standard cellar. The houses include garages for one or two cars and allow parking on the owner’s own land. Separate gardens for each building provide full comfort and privacy to the occupants.
Interior equipment of the houses
