ING Real Estate Development completes an exclusive residential complex at Hanspaulka

-

The ING Real Estate Development developer company has announced the completion of the Hanspaulka residential complex. The project consisting of detached and semi-detached houses has been built at an exclusive address; its architecture has been inspired by the ideas of the third decade of the 20th century and innovative materials have been used in its construction.

„The exclusive Hanspaulka project has attracted its own clientele,“ says Renáta Kodadová, a press spokesperson for ING Real Estate Development. “The quality of the project and, of course, the exclusive location was a top priority in the decision-making process for the current owners,” says Kodadová, pointing out the leading features of the project.

The Hanspaulka residential project, approved for occupancy in 2008, is located in the Prague district of Dejvice, in an exclusive residential quarter neighboring the development in the Modern Movement style of the Baba quarter. Due to its position and the rugged topography of the sloping landscape, it offers a unique view of the Prague 6 panorama and the Prague Castle. Materials of high quality were used in the construction, such as tropical wood for the floors or luxury sanitary installations.

„In designing the project, we were inspired by the ideas of the Modern Movement of the third decade of the 20th century – the lifestyle, design and architecture of the time, the project reflects the resources of the Dutch de-stijl movement,“ says architect Jiří Střítecký of Atelier 8000, who is a co-author of the architectonic design. “The basic expressive components of the new villas and semi-detached houses involve the compositions of simple volumes and color surfaces, completing the look of the residential complex,” summarizes Střítecký.

ING Real Estate Development has built a new and reconstructed the old traffic infrastructure in the surroundings of the Hanspaulka project. The volleyball court owned by the Prague Youth Leisure Time Center in the neighborhood of the Hanspaulka project has also been reconstructed.

“The quality of the Hanspaulka architecture is also witnessed by the fact that it has satisfied the demanding requirements of its new, exclusive clientele to such an extent, that the new owners made only a few modifications to the proposed layout of the houses,” concludes Renáta Kodadová.
